If one more person says to me, 'at least we don't have cold weather in Texas,' I don't know what I'll do. Winter here is unbearable due to the tremendous amount of pollen in the air. See this for a more complete description. I miss being able to breathe in winter.

Texas doesn't have mild winters all the time. I remember a Cowboys game a couple of years ago on thanksgiving. They got like three inches of snow in Dallas. Posted by: jt at December 10, 2003 6:18 PM |

Allergies suck! I cannot emphasize that enough. Luckily in Ohio most people only have allergy symptoms in the spring and fall. It seems that states that don't have such pronounced seasons have the pollen problem all year round. I feel for ya Brette, headaches, coughs, and runny noses. Allergies suck hard.
