Utopolis

Started in 1996 this oceanfront development of skyscrapers expands along an avenue of parallel to a fictitious shore.

This skyscraper city is made out of LEGOs. While the buildings do look cool, something seems to be amiss. Is it the streets, or do people get around by boat? Where are the rest of the shorter buildings? Somehow it just doesn't seem like people could live here.
